Russian Parliament's vote took place today marked the issue of cheating. Some claim the practice is intended to perpetuate dirty election administration in power today.

Independent election monitoring agency has been criticized and harassed by local authorities ahead of the polls. While some news sites opposition parties are victims of mass attacks last voting day.

Lower House of Parliament elections, considered key to see the ability to maintain power until Putin in presidential elections that took place in March 2012.

In the span of the vote, independent election monitoring organization, Golos, claiming breach is rampant in the election campaign, including the pressure to re-select Vladimir Putin.

Various reports collected Golos, indicated many election violations committed by the leadership of Putin's United Russia Party.

But Putin has denied the allegations and the pro-Kremlin television stations.

The party led by Putin is still the majority party in the new parliament, but polls predict support will drop about 10 percent over the 2007 elections ago.

Anastasia Levchenko, a former supporter of Putin, as quoted by the Associated Press on Sunday (4/12/2011), said the ruling party is almost never done anything for four-year reign.

"I'm disappointed," said 62-year-old retiree who now turned support Just A Russian, a leftist political party.
